General Cleaner ExpandWe are hiring skilled FULL TIME CLEANERS for multiple shifts, who will help our team provide the highest levels of client service.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all company and customer procedures, policies, and rules.
- Take direction and respond to supervision.
- Use proper personal protective equipment.
- Present a professional appearance and conduct.
- Understand customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Vacuuming
- Carpet cleaning
- Dusting
- Trashing
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Empty recycle boxes
- Floor mopping
- Clean glass
- Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms
- Transport trash & waste to proper disposal areas
Laboratory Technician Expand The Laboratory Support Technician role will aide and support the needs of our clients’ scientists. The laboratory
technician will work alongside scientist to help add efficiencies and standardizations to the internal science program.
The team will assist with several lab functions but will not be limited to the responsibilities outlined below. The
purpose of this position is to assist in the development of new programs with the potential to transform
biopharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing within the Syntegra portfolio.
Support Scientists in GxP/Non-GxP labs: Responsibilities are based on business demand
Gas Support
Basic Duties Include:
- Pick up and deliver liquid nitrogen dewars, packaged gasses, and related articles
- Fill liquid nitrogen dewars, using the bulk liquid nitrogen filling stations following procedural steps and safety rules during filling and transport
- Monitor and record levels and pressures of all specialty gasses and take appropriate action when deficiencies are noted
- File and maintain delivery documentation, check inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping and inventory levels of liquid nitrogen bulk filling areas and packaged gas storage areas
- Follow all procedures in performing all aspects of handling pressurized and cryogenic tanks
- Serve as the liaison for scientists for gas-related issues
- Troubleshoot any issues and submit work orders as needed
- Participate in audits and inspections and provide input as requested and submit metric information to management and raise concerns or issues
Glass Wash & Autoclaving
- Operate, load, and unload machines such as drying ovens, autoclaves, ethylene oxide gas sterilizers, and industrial washing machines and dryers
- Sort and dispense glassware to appropriate stations for cleansing
- Prepare and steam sterilizes surgical trays and gown packs, including ethylene oxide sterilization of specialized instruments and glassware
- Order and maintain appropriate inventories of materials used in day-to-day glass washing operations
- Maintain appropriate records and/or documentation necessary for compliance with current regulatory guidelines
- Inspect and maintain various glass cleaning machines, equipment, and glassware, and assists in their maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution, while complying with all company safety and risk management policies
- Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner and participate in regular safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments
Materials Handling & Specialty Support
- Set-up and maintenance of small scale and pilot scale bioreactors, analytical equipment, small and pilot scale purification equipment
- Material preparation of media and solutions in support of lab-based experiments and analytics
- Communicate and coordinate maintenance and service work for lab equipment
- Maintain inventory and sample management
- Prepare media, solutions, buffers (as needed)
- Support, maintain, and empty hazardous waste and sharps and support cleaning activities for lab equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on all lab-based equipment
- Receive packages from the loading dock daily and distribute accordingly
Syntegra Services is looking to hire an efficient Cleaning Supervisor to supervise the work activities performed by our cleaning staff. The Cleaning Supervisor’s responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts, monitoring staff attendance, reporting absences, and conducting staff performance reviews. You should also be able to make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals. To be successful as a cleaning supervisor, you should demonstrate a sound knowledge of various cleaning methods and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, an outstanding cleaning supervisor will display effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of the staff’s cleaning duties.
General Responsibilities Include:
- Assigning cleaning duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to Cleaning staff as needed
- Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted
- Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants
- Providing training and guidance to cleaning staff and resolving conflict between staff
- Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required
- Performing all cleaning duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
- Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper cleaning methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
- Perform daily quality control inspections
- Assists in safety programs follow-through to ensure compliance with all safety policies
- Assists in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
- May perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment. May participate in the maintenance of wood floors, such as in gymnasiums or dance studios, to include cleaning, screening, stripping, sanding, and refinishing
- Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coverings
- Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per manufacturer standards
- Replenish supplies and materials, change sheets and linens, empty trash, perform routine equipment maintenance and make minor repairs, and notify supervisor of any issues
- May drive a golf cart or other vehicles
- Move furniture and sets-up tables and chairs.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures and reports all accidents and injuries
- Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments and applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
- May participate in snow and ice management duties, including the operation of snow removal equipment
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Adhere to safety regulations and policies
- Follow all company protocols for safety and security, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when applicable
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Report any issues to supervisor
- Ensure that buildings are maintained to the highest standards at all times by performing basic maintenance tasks and cleaning duties
- Respond to building emergencies as needed in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, tenants, and other building occupants at all times
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning fixtures, fixing broken doors or windows, etc.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting all areas
- Responding to service calls
- Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors
- Helping to set up and take down events
